I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who would get excited about seeing this advertisement of Katy Perry for Covergirl.

MAC MALEFICENT.

I was sort of hoping for a crazier package design for this collection.

The colors are quite neutral and bland in this collection, but it does suit Angelina Jolie’s look in the film. This collection will debut some time in June and prices will vary.

Is there anything you would pick up in this new upcoming collection?

How gorgeous are these colors from Sephora’s new lipstick collection?!

Escape To Rio screams summer with their modern neon shades. Each color is $12.50 a piece and delivers high performance color that will look great paired with any color bikini!

The bright shades are inspired by Brazilian carnivale.

Shades from left to right:

  • Coral
  • Orange
  • Neon Pink
  • Fuchsia

Pick them up in stores or online now!

XOXO!

If you’re thinking about purchasing a Philosophy body wash but don’t know if you want to put out the dough $$$, think no farther!
This body wash is so amazing, it has lasted me months and months and I just now finished it. It duos as a body wash and a shampoo, so it’s great for traveling. It leaves your skin feeling so soft, makes lovely bubbles for a bubble bath, annnndddd the best part….
The smell stays on your skin after you get out of the shower. Some body washes don’t linger onto your skin after you get out of the shower, but this does.
Love Sweet Love is a very pretty, feminine scent but if you like sweet scents they have a whole range of washes.
Get a sample from Sephora next time you go in and tell me how you like it!

Empties:
Bath & Body Works Hand Sanitizer (Wildberry Dahlia) $1.75 I go through these things like they ain’t no thing. I have one on my purse, one in my locker at work, and one on my gym bag. This was a nice floral scent, and I always repurchase.
Benefit Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primer- Just a sample I got from an Ulta order and I have to say that I like it. The formula seems nice and it does make my makeup stay on longer than usual, but the sample didn’t have enough product in it for me to know if I would buy the full size.
Bath & Body Works 3 Wick Candle (Winter Candy Apple) $20- MMM, I love this scent, I wish I would have bought more when they were around during Christmas time. I usually don’t buy candles too often and I’m not very happy that B&BW raised the prices on their candles again.. But I usually purchase when I can catch them on 2 for $22.
Bath & Body Works One Wick Candle (Frosted Cupcake) $10- I always buy this candle, it is so delicious and potent. If you like sweet, yummy scents you will enjoy this candle. One wick candles usually last me at least 2 weeks if I burn them on a daily, and I will re-purchase this candle!
Physicians Formula Organic Wear Mascara $10- This mascara goes both ways with me… I like the wand, I enjoy the fact that it is 100% natural and cruelty free.. BUT, I can’t enjoy the fact that it smears and with the littlest tears, it runs down your face. My eyes water a lot and I can’t wear this without having smudgy under eyes at the end of the day… I wish they would fix the formula!
Almay Soothing & De-puffing Gentle Eye Remover Pads $6.29- So this is something new I tried out and I am on the fence about them.. 80 pads for 6 dollars is pretty reasonable, they are oil free which is another plus. They do a pretty good job at taking off eye makeup, even if it is stubborn… BUT.. I know, again.. lol. The top 40 pads tend to be too dry and the bottom 40 tend to be way too moist, and they burn my eyeballs. I don’t know if I will re-buy them or look for another alternative. I saw no difference with de-puffing and they certainly weren’t soothing when they were burning my poor little retinas. Some message me an alternative, please!
Jordana Fabu-liner (Black) $2.99- Everyone knows my love for this eyeliner and I always purchase it, but I think I got a bunk one this go around because it was kind of dry and the tip was so scratchy on my eye, usually its a softer felt tip.. Hopefully they didn’t change the design or anything because this is my holy grail liner.
Suave Deodorant (Everlasting Sunshine) $1.99- This is the BEST smelling deodorant I have ever tried, It is affordable and it works! That’s the greatest part! I will re-buy this and claim it as a holy grail because I cannot get over the smell. It’s heavenly. Sniff it when you’re at the store, please!
Up & Up Sensitive Skin Baby Wipes $2- Target baby wipes are the best for all of you makeup lovers out there. I just use these when I want to wipe makeup off of my hand, or clean up product I’ve spilled. They are great and cheap and don’t’ really smell like anything, but I’m okay with that.

My super Target re-vamped it’s makeup department and I’m a very happy girl!
All of the panels are installed with white fluorescent lighting that has every foundation looking true to match.
It also expanded brands such as NYX , ELF, and Sonia Kashuk (as pictured above) and they also gave homes to a bunch of new permanent products for brands like Revlon, Covergirl, and Loreal.
I’m so happy!

Let me know if your Target gets re-vamped!
Xoxo.

I can’t help but adore some of the trending beauty tips that is in the latest issue of ELLE magazine.

White Eyeliner- “Dark liner is seen on the runway every season, but it’s quite punk to use a white instead.”

I totally agree! I’ve been using white eyeliner to brighten up my inner rim and on my tear ducts, but never did I think to try it on the top and wing it out! I think this could be a very fresh look and bold enough for anyone to pull off.
This look has been seen on the runway for Ralph Lauren, Kenzo, Altuzarra, and many others.

Flaming Lips- “Orange is the new bright. It’s works on all skin tones. If you have olive skin, it makes your skin more olive, and if you’re fair, it enhances the pallor.”

Yes! If you are in need for a fancy orange to try out give Revlon’s colorburst matte balm in the shade “Mischievous” a try. If you’re more of a high end gal try out Nars satin lip pencil in “Timanfaya.”

Dark VS. Stark- “The new neutrals for the nails- deep indigo and crisp white- feel clean and modern. Anyone can wear these colors.”

The white again, it’s having that clean effect that I’m loving. Also, you can’t go wrong with a dark blue. Ditch the accent nail and go all solid with one of these colors!

xoxo.

One of my favorite things about Spring!
Renditions of your favorite perfumes, transformed into lovely new scents, but still remind you of that classic smell you know and love.
Newest arriving is Daisy Delight by Marc Jacobs, a lighter scent that includes notes of apple, quince flower, freesia as well as a iris, gardenia, peony with a base of musks, cedarwood, sandalwood.
MMM, I can smell it already.
Along with the new revamped smell is a pretty new bottle that will look lovely on any vanity. I’m such a fan of the cute bouquet on the top of the bottle. The large bottle is $89 and the small bottle is $75 and will be available for a limited time at Ulta and Sephora.
